Order Processing Timeline

  • Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days following successful payment confirmation.
  • Bespoke & Bulk Orders: Customized, personalized, bulk, event, and corporate orders require additional preparation time. Timelines will be mutually agreed upon during consultation.
  • Peak Periods: Processing timelines may be extended during festivals, promotional sales, high-demand periods, or scheduled maintenance.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Coverage

  • WordsButMore currently delivers to selected serviceable cities and pin codes across India.
  • Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout.
  • Additional charges may apply for express delivery, remote locations, bulk shipments, and event installations.
International shipping is currently unavailable. Orders are accepted only within India.

Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring availability to receive shipments.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple attempts.
  • Refusal of delivery without prior authorization.

Fragile & Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted using natural dried flowers.

Minor shedding, texture differences, and slight color variations are natural characteristics of dried flowers and do not constitute defects.

Damages, Deficiencies & Unboxing Protocol

To qualify for a replacement or refund claim, customers must:

  • Record a continuous unedited unboxing video from the sealed package through inspection.
  • Report damages or shortages within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Submit photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged product.
Failure to provide an unedited unboxing video within 24 hours will result in rejection of the claim.

Limitation of Liability

WordsButMore shall not be liable for delays arising from:

  • Courier operational failures.
  • Natural disasters and severe weather.
  • Government restrictions, strikes, or transport disruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with logistics partners and assist customers.

Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details via email and/or SMS, including carrier information and shipment tracking links.
