Order Cancellation Policy
1.1 Standard Ready-to-Ship Orders
- Cancellation requests are accepted only before dispatch or order assembly begins.
- Once handed over to courier partners, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.
1.2 Customized, Personalized & Bespoke Orders
- Customized orders cannot be cancelled once procurement, preparation, or assembly has started.
- Advance deposits, booking fees, and retaining amounts are non-refundable.
1.3 Cancellation Fees & Deductions
- Standard order cancellations may incur deductions up to 10% of invoice value.
- Custom and bulk order cancellations may incur deductions ranging from 25%–100%.
- Payment gateway charges, packaging costs, and logistics booking fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy
Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our products, WordsButMore does not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Returns may only be considered if the wrong item was delivered or the product was severely damaged during transit.
Mandatory Claim Requirements
- Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- Order number must be provided.
- Clear photos of the package, shipping label, and product are required.
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
Ineligible Return Situations
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Natural variations in dried flowers, color, texture, or size.
- Products that have been altered or used.

Refund Policy
Eligible Refund Situations
- Ordered products become unavailable due to seasonal stock constraints.
- Approved cancellations processed before dispatch.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Customized or personalized products.
- Courier-related delays.
- Minor differences in appearance from product photographs.
- Failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 7–10 business days to reflect.

Replacement Policy
- Verified transit damage or incorrect item deliveries may qualify for a one-time replacement.
- Replacement availability depends on inventory and material availability.
- If replacement is unavailable, customers may receive:
- A product of equal value.
- Store credit.
- An approved refund.
All replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery and include the required unboxing video.

Event & Corporate Orders Policy
- Corporate gifting, weddings, and event installations are governed by separate project-specific agreements.
- Booking advances (typically 25%–50%) are non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the event date may result in full forfeiture of project fees.
